Tickets Direct iPhone Applications FAQ

Step 1.) Once the application has finished downloading, select the Tickets Direct App icon from the main screen on your iPhone.

Step 2.)Green button – Select category
Enter artist name and select "Find Tickets"

Step 3.)Select a category to help narrow your search and get the most accurate search results.

Step 4.) Select desired team or artist

Step 5.)

- Select desired ticket(s) for purchase
- Filter results
- View venue map

-Use the "Filter Tickets" option to sort the event tickets by price, section or quantity.

- Push, pull or pinch to get a better view of the displayed map.

Step 6.)

- Save venue map to favorites
- Call to book the tickets
- View ticket information

Step 7.)
- View your favorites and jump right to venue map, ticket list or event lists.
- Use the delete button and select the items you wish to delete. Click “Done” when finished.

Step 8.) - Click on P3, Tickets Direct or the phone number to jump directly to our websites and/or contact us by phone.
